Microsoft Windows 11

I own a Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop, and recently, the hinge broke due to what seems to be a manufacturing defect. I have noticed many other Victus users facing the same issue, which raises concerns about the product's durability.

The hinge issue appeared after my warranty has expired, and if not addressed soon, it might lead to display damage, increasing repair costs. This seems like a design flaw affecting multiple users.

Has anyone found a solution, or has HP acknowledged this issue? I would appreciate any guidance on how to get this resolved, preferably with free repair or replacement, given the widespread nature of this problem.

Looking forward to your responses.WhatsApp Image 2025-04-18 at 22.11.47_0e768827.jpgWhatsApp Image 2025-04-18 at 22.11.48_6c18cabf.jpg
