I am facing with the issue happening before boot process popping up with the message which indicates product information is missing or invalid. When I am checking system information all necessary parameters seems erased and replaced with a bunch of yyyyyyyyy. Could you please help in this matter and what kind of actions I can take to deal with it?

P.S: I have not change any hardware components or replaced them with new one.

  • Note: You might see this message after the system board is replaced. The message indicates that the serial number was not entered, or was entered incorrectly, after replacing the system board or other component.
