Hello,
I'm enquiring regards an laptop part for HP QCWB335, I received this laptop some months ago that needed repair. For some reasons there is no cooling fan(s) and no idea this model does have fan(s) or not. There is an space where an cpu fan belongs as there are airflow holes however there is just an empty spot. The system is booting but goes off right away and so it is indicating that there is no air cooling flowing to keep the cpu cooled.
Regards!

Welcome to HP Support Forums. A really great platform for posting all your questions and finding solutions.
I have gone through your Post and would like to help
This seems to be a hardware issue because there should be a Fan where the vents are located
I have sent you a private message with the next course of action
