I have been having this weird problem with the keyboard - it started a couple weeks or so ago, the QWER ASDF Keys would stop working when the laptop seemed to get hot - when it was doing a lot of processing.  However I could wait for it to finish and then the keys would work again.  Now, the past few days even when at idle the keys don't work most of the time.  Sometimes when I restart the computer they will work for a few minutes, or they will work unpredictably - I press it a couple times and it registers a bunch of keystrokes or I press it and a few seconds later it registers.

I've tried uninstalling all the keyboard drivers.  I also did the keyboard test in the BIOS (?), and it failed to register the QWER ASDF Keys.  I've tried updating the BIOS but it says its already up to date.  Any help would be very much appreciated!
