Hi everyone / HP Support,

I’ve been using an HP Victus Gaming Laptop for 23 months now, and I’m disappointed with the keyboard quality.

  • The WASD keys started peeling/wearing off within just the first 2 months of use.

  • The "D" key has now physically broken.

Since this is a gaming laptop, these specific keys are expected to be much more durable. My warranty expires in only 20 days, so I am urgently requesting a keyboard replacement under warranty.

This seems to be a material defect rather than user error, especially considering the premature wear on the keycaps. Has anyone else experienced this?
