Quection on Pavilion 14t notebook

Four  questions:

1)- Why is the 4k Screen listing 

14" diagonal FHD IPS BrightView micro-edge WLED-backlit (3840 x 2160)

Cheaper than the

14" diagonal HD SVA BrightView micro-edge WLED-backlit touch screen(1366 x 768)

Or is the option out of order?

One would hate to be shipped the wrong screen because of a site error.

2)- Can the HDMI 1.4 hand QHD at 60Hz?

3)- It lists USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A (Data Transfer Only);
1 USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C™ (Data Transfer Only, 5 Gb/s signaling rate) 

Can you run audio speakers from them? Or a bluetooth dongle for wireless keyboard?  Or are they only good for moving files to an ext. drive?

What I am scared of is that they tossed some new tech into a very old case. I would take the 4K option, but if it is surrounded by two 1366x768p options, I an worried if this is a kludged nightmare.

4)- Can you run the CPU in 25 W mode on this laptop?

It is a CTO (Configure To Order) machine, the series have many options.  You can simply click to   Customize & buy 

   

To select items you wish to order and pay more to get what do you want.

1. Touchscreens are normally more expensive than normal screens. You can ask Store directly available options the Stores controls its stock, we don't know.
2. No HDMI 1.4 won't give 4K @ 60Hz
3. You have to use headphones port or USB sound card
4. No, you can't under/over clock its CPU.
