Hi, I bought an HP Laptop with I3 Processor in 2017. It has the Ram of 4 GB. Now, I want to upgrade it to SSD with 16 GB RAM

Could my laptop be capable of having this upgrade?

In order to answer your question, please provide the product number of your notebook.

 

You can find the product number by running the Windows system information app, and the product number will be found on the System SKU line.
