Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-r0000 (76T03AV)

I own a laptop:

Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-r0000 (76T03AV)

I recently got a 65w power delivery usb-c charger and my problem is that it only charges my laptop when it's switched off, when it's switched on it's as if the charger wasn't plugged in.

Are there any settings to change on Windows 11 or do you have any references for chargers compatible with my PC that you can recommend?

Thanks in advance

Hi @Copper1066

Sorry for the trouble and the delay.

The power adapter needs to be a 200 or 230 Watt unit, not 65 Watts. It also needs to be the type with a barrel plug, not a USB Type-C connector.

Let me know if you need anymore assistance.

Take care and have a good day.

Hello,

I made your recommendation and I still can't charge my computer via the USB Power Delivery while it's on.

I wonder if this could be due to my 65W adapter which is not powerful enough.

Do you have any small travel chargers to suggest?

Thanks in advance
