Hello!

I have a question about the maximum supported ram for my laptop. My laptop are HP pavilion 15 15-eh3000 and the motherboard are HP 8BC7 version 68,20. The original installed ram are 8 GB (4GB X 2 speed 3200 MHZ).

When I openned the CMD and wrote "wmic memphysical get MaxCapacity, MemoryDevices" it shows to me 16 GB with two slots. Does this mean that my laptop can have a two ram with 16 GB each or it can have just one piece of 16GB ?

The Bank Schema shows there are two slots. The maximum guaranteed memory that can be installed is 32 GB.  That is 2 * 16 GB.

See the vendor website below for guaranteed compatible memory.
