Question for extra spare part charger.

Hello, i have just bought a HP Probook 440 g9 (i3 12th Generation CPU) Product Number6A2H1EA#AB7  and i would like to ask if i bought HP USB-C LC 65 Watt (1P3K6AA) will work with my laptop? If i connect to USC-C in my laptop will it charge?

Hi:

According to chapter 2, page 8 of the service manual, the USB-C port supports powering the notebook and charging the battery from there.

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

Chapter 3, page 25 shows three types of USB-C chargers with their HP part numbers.

so i can charge my laptop with USB-C charger that's good news. I have looked the Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com) you told me. My next question, if you can help me, is that i found this charger in HP site :

HP 65W USC-C LC Power Adapter (1P3K6AA).

In Compatibility it says it supports HP Probook 440 G9 but in the Maintenance and Service Guide the code is not in the list.

If i buy it (1P3K6AA), will work with my laptop?

You're very welcome.

When you enter the 1P3K6AA USB-C charger product number in the HP PartSurfer website, it is the same part number (L67440-001) as one of those listed in the service manual, so it should work just fine.
