Question regarding a OEM display upgrade

Hello, I had a small question. My laptop (HP Victus) is one of the earlier models which came with the 60hz display and the
newer models come with a 144hz display. I wanted to know if I went to a service center and ask them to change the display to a 144hz one will it be possible?
