Hi. I recently bought an HP Envy x360 15 inch 2 in 1 laptop. As this laptop is charged with a 4.5mm DC charger, I was wondering if I could find a converter that could connect to my laptop's charger so that I can charge my phone which charges with a USB-C type charger. So Can I do that? If so, what exactly do I search for for the aforementioned purpose?
Thanks!

USB C Chargers run on 5V, 12V, 18V, 24V and I think 28V. Your laptop adadpter puts probably 18-9 volts. It could be made to work if the phone is at18V USB C, but we don't know what the phone's voltage requires.
