I have a HP Victus 16 S1002AX laptop, I want to upgrade my laptop's RAM and SSD but I don't know the maximum capacity that can be installed. Can I install 64GB RAM (32x2) and 4TB SSD on this laptop? Please help. Thank you

You should be able to according to the Crucial memory/SSD report for your PC:
HP HP Victus 16-s1000 | Memory RAM & SSD Upgrades | Crucial.com
There is only one M.2 SSD slot.
The service manual shows two but the service teardown video shows only one slot:
