Hello, a week ago i bought a brand new HP Omen Laptop, and i've noticed that when i charge it, it makes a very quiet sound like the sound of a normal hard disk. I can only hear it when the fans are turned off and only if its absolutely quiet. Is it normal? And also when my Laptop is at a 100% and plugged in the AC, then it's using the power from the AC and the battery doesn't get used and doesnt get consumed right?

- For the first question, is it ON ? If yes that is the sound of the spinning HDD, and that is normal.
- That is true, when 100% charger will stop and machine will use AC only. Please use the following guide to keep its battery healthier

Well, when playing games on AC, machine won't use battery BUT machine will be hotter than normal and too hot is not good for all computers.
I did post many times, my observations: After 2 years, machines on AC 24/24 have better batteries than machines ON/OFF daily or once a week.
