Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I recently replaced SSD and reinstall system from scratch,

and after few days of reinstalling the apps and drivers,

all the devices like network, camera, keyboards, graphics & audio card works well,

except the Quick Keys buttons on the display, the Auto-Rotation still works,

but the lights and buttons just won't work.

Is there any driver for solving this issue?

By the way, I recently purchased an HP Bluetooth Mouse (Elite Presenter Mouse)

the device should supports BLE 4.0 but my ZBook cannot searched the mouse,

(my other older HP laptop model could found the device and worked, so it's not the mouse's problem.)

I've upgraded the Bluetooth driver to the latest but still not works, what did I miss?

Hi:

For the Quick Keys the only suggestion I can offer would be to install this software from your notebook's support page...

HP HotKey Support (HPHKS) software provides the support for handling the Hotkeys and bezel or cap-sense buttons (fixed notebook buttons that provide quick access to a particular function when pressed) for HP business notebooks. This package is provided for supported computer models that are running a supported operating system.

If you installed the Intel Bluetooth driver and you still can't pair with the mouse, unfortunately I wouldn't be able to help you with that problem.

Another option would be to use the HP cloud recovery client utility to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

This package provides the Cloud Recovery Client for supported computer models running a supported operating system. This Client Utility enables users to download the Recovery Kit from the cloud

I have attached the instructions for how to use the cloud recovery client utility, below.
