Zbook 15 G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a Zbook 15 G3 and it does not come up with RAID configuration after POST even though it's set to be configured in BIOS. I've ticked the 'Configure for Raid' and also ticked 'RAID configuration after POST' boxes in Device Configurations in BIOS. I still don't get the RAID setup after POST (CTRL-I) - it always just goes into Windows or the next bootable device. It seems to skip the RAID setup altoghter. I've also tried to update the BIOS to latest version as well but this did not change anything.

Any ideas as I would really like to set up for RAID 0 with the two M.2 NVME drives?

I have that model and tried to do what you are doing. It cannot RAID together two NVME drives. The Intel RAID utility is only activated if there are two SATA drives in the computer. And in order to have the Intel RAID configurator pop up at boot it has to be in legacy boot mode not secure/UEFI boot.

Boy would that be great to have a pair of NVME M.2 disks in RAID-0 huh?
