Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

How can I set the partitioned hard drive back to a RAID drive in this BIOS or get advanced access? I was trying to recover files after a Windows crash that would not allow any type of recovery. One option was to use Ctrl-I after changing to non-RAID in the BIOS, but I can't find a way to change it back. Now of course it can't find the drive except in DOS. Whatever the Windows error was it wiped out everything except some Windows files...all user and program files are empty directories.  Thanks.
