Hi:

Your notebook has two memory slots and you would need to remove both of the currently installed 2 GB memory chips and replace them with 2 DDR3 4 GB memory chips in order to have 8 GB.

I recommend that you see if you can get compatible Crucial memory for your notebook.

Hi:

I looked at the picture incorrectly.

Your notebook has two memory slots.

One is empty and one has a 4 GB memory chip.

You can look up the part number of the memory chip...621569-001

So, you would only need to buy 1 x 4 GB of memory, and install it in the empty slot.

Yes, the Crucial MX 500, 500 GB 2.5" SSD should work just fine in your notebook.

So i needed only one x 4GB RAM Stick...?

Where find the speed of the current Ram chip...?

HP Recommended

Yes, you only need one.

The speed of the currently installed memory chip is probably 1333 MHz, but a 1600 MHz chip will work fine and automatically bridge to 1333 MHz.

You can run the free utility that I zipped up and attached below and see the memory speed of the chip or, you can google the HP memory part number I posted yesterday, and it will tell you the specs of the memory.

Hi:

That's not the compatible part number I gave you...

This is the one from the report I ran...

Crucial Germany website...

Can you give an Amazon.de link to buy 1* 4GB… ? Shipping to Cyprus Europe from Amazon.de is easy

HP Recommended

I don't see that Amazon.DE sells that particular part number.

The only one I could find is the one you found, but when I look up that part number all the places I can find indicate that it is a 2 GB memory chip, not a 4 GB memory chip.

I think you better see if you can find the part number I gave you someplace else.
