You're very welcome.

Why do you presume that I work for or represent HP?

I am the same as you as far as that aspect is concerned.

Below is the link to the Crucial memory report for your notebook.

According to the report, 64 GB of memory is supported.

Hi:

What is the product number of your notebook?

Use this guide to find that information...

I'm seeing Crucial memory reports for a couple of models in the 17-cd1xxx model series that indicate 2 x 32 GB of memory is supported.

MY Exact pRoduct number is  2020 HP Pavilion 17 Model 13f19EA#ACB

Why is this basic info so hard to find where your tech support didnt know ... service and user guides run you around without telling you... ?  Is it a Military Secret?   32GB or 64 GB and exactly what spec of DDR4 of RAM please.?  Thank you.

THank you for your answer... Why do I assume.. because you have over 100K messages...

IT would be great if that was on an HP piece of documentation..  THat is obviously not your fault... but clearly they are very deficient in this area. Your link is not to my exact product... so its still a guess.

THx again Paul.
