RAM Compatibility Inquiry for HP 304Bh Motherboard

Dear HP Support Team,

I need help confirming the RAM specifications for my HP 304Bh motherboard (from HP Compaq Pro 6300/8300 series).

I purchased an 8GB DDR3 1600MHz (1.5V, non-ECC, unbuffered) RAM stick, but my system doesn't recognize it. My current 4GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM works fine.

Could you please confirm:

1. Does HP 304Bh officially support 8GB DDR3 modules, or is it limited to 4GB per slot?

2. If 8GB modules are supported, are there specific brands/models that are certified compatible?

3. Would a BIOS update help with compatibility?

4. Is DDR3L (1.35V) RAM compatible with this motherboard?

System details:

- Motherboard: HP 304Bh

- Current RAM: 4GB DDR3 1333MHz (working)

- New RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600MHz (not detected)

I've already tried reseating the RAM, clearing CMOS, and testing individual slots.

Please provide official specifications or guidance. Thank you for your assistance.
