Product: HP Pavilion x360 14-DY0011LA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I Want to know if the model of the Notebook Pavilion x360 14 DY0011LA (i5 1135G7 with 4GB + 4GB on board) has the option to change the 2 ram modules to 2 modules of 8GB to get the 16GB in Dual Channel, i want that notebook for my college and play some low

Hi:

 

According to chapter 1 of the service manual, your notebook has two memory slots and can support 2 x 8 GB of memory.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

 

The problem is, in chapter 5 there is a section for how to remove and replace the memory but no instructions.

 

Fortunately, there is a service teardown video that shows you how to remove and replace the memory.
