Hi I have 2 slots of RAM 4*4 but I bought a 16GB RAM, As I plan to make it 16*4=20GB but when I put both my screen went black and its not opening so I resume to 4*4 . So what now i would do ? Is my laptop capable to support 16gb RAM in one slot or not?
