Hello guys,
I would like to know if I can upgrade RAM of my laptop. On some pages (the shop from which I bought it and this HP page https://support.hp.com/cz-cs/document/ish_7878678-7886798-16 ) I found that it can have up to 32 GB of RAM. But when I run cmd and type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx it shows that it can only be 16 GB. Is that correct? I would hate to spend money on new RAM only to find out that my laptop won't be able to run with it. And I also wonder what type of integrated graphics the laptop has. The Intel app and device manager show that it should be Intel Iris Xe Graphics, but this HP page https://www.hp.com/cz-cs/products/laptops/product-details/product-specifications/2101791421 says it's Intel UHD. Sorry if these are dumb questions, but I'm kinda lost here.
Thank you very much.

Hi @Petkys
the processor only uses Iris® Xe Graphics. About the memory I think this command is failing, for me it has never been reliable for example I have a Zbook that the annual m indicates 64 GB of ram (and supports them well) and the windows command indicates 32 GB. Intel indicates that it can support 96 GB, but I am inclined that the best is a maximum of 64 GB as indicated by Crucial.
Intel® Core™ i5-13500H Processor
