That will work. The DDR4 systems seem somewhat forgiving and any main brand of DDR4-2133 SO-DIMM will work.
The memory maker website cannot possibly list every laptop mode the memory can be used with. The cycle time is not a spec that causes issues. The CL (latency) number can, however...what you ask about is CL=15 which is the right number for your laptop.
