RAM Mhz for a HP Pavilion dv6-2155dx memory upgrade.

Hi everyone! I want to upgrade the amount of RAM in a notebook HP Pavilion dv6-2155dx to 8 GB total.

In other question that I made in this forum one user help me with voltage of the RAM, but now I´m having a hard time founding a 1066 Mhz module in my cuntry, I can buy modules at 1333 Mhz or 1600 Mhz.
Can this others modules frequencies work ok ??

 

This is the RAM info for a HP Pavilion dv6-2155dx:

 

4096-MB, 1066 MHz DDR-3 DIMM (Part# 579156-001)

Hi:

 

You can use 1333 Mhz, but not 1600 Mhz.  1600 MHz memory will not downclock all the way back to 1066 MHz.

 

See if you can get any of these memory part #'s in Argentina...
