hello

my ram should be 2666 mhz but it stucks at 2400 an i bought a new crucial 2666mhz 8gb ram and added it and its also stucks at 2400mhz

howw can i run the full speed of rams?

The maximum speed your notebook's AMD Ryzen™ 5 3550H processor can run the memory at is 2400 MHz.

There is nothing wrong with the DDR4-2666 MHz memory. 

 

It is automatically adjusting to the max speed your notebook's processor can run the memory at.

 

There is no way to make the memory run any faster.
