RAM, Storage and Graphics card Upgrade

Hello,
Hope you are well. 
I would like to upgrade HP Notebook -15bs 180tx to the maximum options available.

Please suggest me what are the maximum upgrade options possible for RAM, Storage and Graphics card in this laptop. I noticed that 2 slots are available for RAM for future upgrades and a Seagate Mobile HDD 2Tb Hard drive which needs OS reinstallation.  Can  I upgrade its graphic card as well? Wish If I could play GTA 5 in it peacefully.

• RAM: it has 8 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB)  now and supports 16GB max you can add same same existing 8GB to slot 2 or using compatible RAM such as :  https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct8g4sfs824a/ct11611712
• STORAGE: It has  2 TB 5400 rpm SATA, you can replace it using 2.5" SATA SSD such as https://www.crucial.com/ssd/mx500/ct2000mx500ssd1/ct11611661
• GRAPHICS: No, it as integrated to the system board, if you wish you have to replace the whole system board (if available)

Hope you are well. Thank you for immediate response. 

RAM: I have purchased the same, 2x16Gb from crucial for testing out how it works.(as per your suggestion). I have not used 2 modules for RAM before so, Is it ok to copy windows to one RAM module and other will be available to system automatic or should I copy windows OS to both? 

STORAGE: I have brought the same with crucial 4TB module. Hope it works.

GRAPHICS: I tried to replace the only module but new modules doesn't suit to old slot as expected.
