Question 1:What is the maximum capacity thai I can upgrade my RAM and SPACE in my laptop? And also tell me the maximum frequency of ram that i can upgrade to.
Question 2: Is there any way that I can Disable my 2GB shared memory of AMD Radeon Vega 8 because i have NVIDIA GTX 1650 built in. So, 2 GB is just eating my RAM to 5.92GB.

Hi:
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06446633
Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade info.
You can install 2 x 16 GB of memory in your notebook.
The 5.92 usable memory is built that way by design. No way to change it.
HP released this document a while back, which explains the memory shortage...

This seems to only apply to models with AMD Ryzen processors.
Info on Microsoft PlayReady.
