I would like to upgrade my existing 4 gb of ram to as high as possible in my 6HS56UA#ABA  how many slots are available and where can I buy the RAM, and what product do I need to buy?  (model number for the RAM?)

The product specs for your PC indicates that it comes with 4 GB of onboard memory.

 

HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 11m-ap0013dx

 

'Onboard' means the memory is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

 

The service manual indicates that only 4 GB of memory was offered in the model series.
