Yes, your HP - Compaq Pavilion x360 14-dh100 CTO can be upgraded up to 2 x 16GB of DDR4 PC4-21300, 2666 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks. You can use DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz RAM, but it will down throttle to 2666 MHz.
