Product: HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-cr0000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello everyone,
I am writing to inquire about upgrading the RAM on my HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC.
Here are the details of my laptop:
- Model: HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-cr0000 IDS Base Model
- Serial Number: [personal info removed]
- Product Number: 537Z4AV
- Current RAM: 16 GB
I would like to upgrade the RAM to either 32 GB or 64 GB.
Would anyone be able to let me know if my laptop can handle 64 GB?
Thank you in advance!

Hi:
Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates that your notebook will support 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 memory.
