Below is the link to the service manual:
Your notebook has two memory slots and can support up to 2 x 8 GB of DDR3L-1600 memory.
Since there is no information or manuals for your notebook's BIOS settings, you will have to figure how to enable VT on your own.
That setting is usually found in the BIOS' security menu.

I am not able to find the instructions . Can you help me in finding it in manual like page no or something ? And can you please tell where will get the ram . Can i purchase it online or do i have to buy from a store ?

As I said before there are no instructions or manuals to find the enable VT setting.
You are just going to have to explore each BIOS setting and find it.
It's a simple BIOS with limited settings; it can't be that difficult.
If you don't know how to access the BIOS settings, turn on or restart the PC.
Immediately tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.
Select the F10 Setup option and then press the enter key.
Before I suggest memory for you to install, I need to know how much memory you want to install.
Add another 4 GB chip or max it out to 2 x 8 GB?

Yes, you can just buy an 8 GB chip and have 12 GB.
