Hello

I have 9 units of this model of equipment and I upgraded some models to 32 GB of RAM with two 16 GB sticks from Crucial. Some equipment accepts the memory and others do not. I have already updated the BIOS.
The memory brand I am using is Crucial.
Is this a defect in some of these models?

Crucial says you can upgrade to 64GB for Intel Core processor machines:

 

                 https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp-compaq/hp-250-g9-(intel-core-i7--i5--i3)

 

But for non Core processors, you can only use single slot of RAM up to 16GB

The notebooks I have are all Core i7 (i7-1255U). Will I be able to upgrade with just 1 32GB stick of Crucial RAM?
