Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! Does anyone here know the best recommendation for RAM replacement of my HP Envy x360? I want to replace it from 8 GB to 16 GB because there's only 1 slot for it and the customer service says that I can pick from whatever brand but I'm confused since I don't know which one is best and match the slot of my laptop.

It supports up to 16GB and it's an onboard memory. Moreover, it's not a customer accessible or upgradable part.
