Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to upgrade my laptop to 16 GB, using two 8GB rams. It's a SODIMM form factor with 2 slots, only one is being used at 4GB with a speed of 2667 MHz. I have struggled to find out what RAM would be compatible, crucial does not even know the existence of my laptop. Would a "Crucial 16GB Kit (2x8GB) DDR4-3200 SODIMM" work? Its DDR4, 1.2V, SODIMM.

It says in the maintenance manual for memory: "DDR4-2400 dual-channel support (DDR4-3200 bridge to 2666, DDR4-2666 downgrade to DDR4-2400)". Should I purchase this RAM or is it not possible to upgrade?

I don't know how you managed to find compatible RAM when even Crucial's scanner didn't recognize my device... You are amazing, thanks!
