HI, I would like to confirm if it is possible to perform the RAM upgrade in this laptop or if it is welded in the motherboard.

Hi:

 

Your notebook's memory is soldered to the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

 

Below is the link to the product specs for your notebook.

 

HP Spectre x360 - 13-4136nl (ENERGY STAR) Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

 

'Onboard' means that the memory is soldered to the motherboard.

 

If you look at the service manual for your notebook, there is no procedure to remove or replace the memory.
