Hello there, I've been looking for an information regarding this notebook, p/n 6KQ57EA. I want to know if upgrading the RAM to more than 8gb is possible, I can't seem to find this information anywhere. Thanks.

Hi:

The memory upgrade info can be found in chapter 1.

 

Officially you can upgrade to 16 GB of memory, but unofficially you can upgrade to 32 GB of memory (2 x 16 GB).

 

I don't know why HP doesn't provide the correct info regarding that.
