Hello.
I want to upgrade my laptop RAM but im very confused. I'd like to upgrade to 8-12gb. But I don't know which one my laptop supports. Also it says on the motherboard "ONE-DIMM-ONLY" I dont understand what it means.
Thanks !!

Hi, @orangePx
The 'One Dimm Only' on the motherboard means that if your notebook only has one memory chip, it needs to go in that slot and not the one that does not indicate that.
Your notebook can support 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-2400 memory.
This would be a compatible 8 GB memory chip.

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Depending what processor you have onboard your HP Notebook - 14-Cf0006nx (4PT05EA), you either have only one RAM slot, or two: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06146792.pdf
Hope this was helpful.
