Hi I have HP 15s , 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1235U processor with 64-bit operating system. Currently I ma in 4*4= 8 GB RAM. I want to upgrade it should i buy 16 GB ram card ?

Hi,

You can upgrade to 64GB of DDR4 3200MHz RAM

so, yes you can use 2x16GB, no problem.
