RAM Upgrade

Hi

Does anyone know the maximum RAM that I can fit to my laptop. I currently have 1x8Gb. HP search tools don't seem to include this laptop.

Your PC will support upto 16GB of RAM.

Two non-customer-accessible/nonupgradable memory module slots

DDR4-1866 dual channel support
(DDR4-2400 bridge to DDR4-2133, and
DDR4-2133 downgrade to DDR4-1866)

Supports up to 16 GB of system RAM in the following conƭgurations
● 16384-MB total system memory (8192×2)[
● 12288-MB total system memory(8192×1) + (4096×1)
● 8192-MB total system memory(8192×1) or (4096×2)
● 6144-MB total system memory4096×1) + (2048×1)

My bad. I picked up the specs for the xxxng model which is A6. That is an A12 and does use DDR4.
