Product: HP 17-ca0003na Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi
i would like to upgrade my HP 17-ca0003na to the max.
crucial diagnostic scan support, suggested 2 x 8 RAM.
I purchased the two RAMS but when i opened the laptop, I discovered what appears to be only one slot! No room for two. Can someone advise the max RAM upgrade? Is the crucial scan wrong?

Hi:
The Crucial scan report is incorrect.
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

The memory upgrade info can be found in chapter 1.
One slot for notebooks with the E2/A6 processors. Max is 1 x 8 GB.
