Wanting to see if i can upgrade the memory on my Notebook, the Serial# is [Personal Information Removed] Product number is X7T78UA#ABA. Is this do able because i can't find the compartment where the memory is suppose to be at please help.

It has  4 GB DDR3L-1600 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB) and supports 16GB (2 x 8GB) max. You can upgrade to

 

   (a)  8GB: add same existing 4GB to slot 2 or using the following compatible RAM

                    https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr3/ct51264bf160b/ct9937642

   (b) 16GB: install 8GB each to both slots using the following compatible RAM
