Hello,
I would like to play some other games on my laptop as COD: Warzone but its not working very well due to lack of RAM. I got only 1x 8GB and I would like to upgrade it buying 2x of 8GB Crucial Ballistix BL2K8G32C16S4B 3200 MHz, DDR4, DRAM, Laptop Gaming Memory Kit, 16GB (8GB x2), CL16.
LINK: Click (Amazon UK)
Now, my question is, can I upgrade it using those specific RAM? Are they compatible? Also, do I have 2 slots to install both of them? I didnt open my laptop to check just yet as I dont want to ruin it. But I will go to the shop so they can help me.
Also, should I buy 2666 MHz or 3200 MHz?
Thank you very much.

Your laptop can run a maximum of a pair of 16gb modules of DDR4-2666 SO-DIMM. So if you buy more memory it can be DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM but it will run at no faster than -2666 speed. Also the laptop is designed to use standard OEM memory. HP notebooks, even gaming models have a poor history with memory modules marketed as "performance" or "gaming", may not work and in some cases may prevent the laptop from POSTing. So buy Hynix or Samsung or even Crucial standard OEM modules.
Lastly, I will say that your problems with gaming are not related to system memory. You have a dedicated video card and, for the most part, the video is rendered in the video memory on the video card, which is separate from the system memory. The GeForce GTX 1060 video card you have is a mid-range laptop video card and may struggle with the most demanding games.
Additional memory may help a little, but you likely would see no difference.

Which memory you recommend then? Can you send me some links please? Are the ones I posted compatible?
Thing is when I play Warzone it works absolutely perfectly. Only when I start walking around the map it has huge frame drops. But if im in a building for example I have over 80 FPS. Its really weird. I read somewhere that for this game you need 16GB RAM to work well. I've seen videos with the same specs like I have except they got 16GB RAM and the game runs smoothly.
Thanks in advance.

I would not buy the Ballistix memory.
This is amazon's house brand made by Hynix. Its plain vanilla OEM memory and would work fine for you:
I would recommend upgrading to 16 gb on general principle as it will improve basic Windows performance: I am just skeptical it will make your games run noticeably better. Good luck.
