You're very welcome.
This is the SSD I recommend for your notebook:
The Windows product key is in the BIOS, so you don't need it to reinstall Windows.
What you can do is to clone the existing drive's contents to the new one, but you will need to purchase a UDB3/USB-C to NVMe SSD enclosure to put the new drive in so you can clone to it before removing the 256 GB drive.
Something like this:
Then when you are ready to replace the drive, download the free 30-day trial of Macrium Home disk imaging software you can use to clone the 256 Gb SSD drive's contents to the new one.
Watch this video for how to clone from a smaller capacity drive to a larger one.
Cloning a disk using Macrium Reflect 8 (youtube.com)
...and you already have the service manual for the procedure to remove and replace the SSD.

Hi Sir,
Thanks for recommending & describing the procedure for it.
After I installed the 16GB RAM in both the slots. My system has been very responsive in multitasking. But there is an issue like some other stuffs automatically gets opened like if click on PC to D drive. It opens other things like downloads section or dragging the files or many tabs of PC.
What is the problem for this. Please tell me how to fix this problem. It was not there before upgrading the RAM.

Hi:
Unfortunately, I wouldn't know why that would be happening or how to fix it since you installed compatible memory and your notebook supports 32 GB of memory.
I recommend you start a new discussion on that issue.
Maybe someone else has an idea, because I sure don't.
Good luck,

Hi Sir
As you have suggested to buy Crucial P3 SSD m2 nvme for my system.
Can I buy this one Limited-time deal: Crucial P3 Plus 1TB PCIe 4.0 3D NAND NVMe M.2 SSD, up to 5000MB/s - CT1000P3PSSD8 https://amzn.in/d/4C6L7X6
The difference between those two items is just 100 rupees. So please recommend which one should I choose between these 2 ssd.
