Yesterday I bought a Dahua RAM Memory, I tried to install it but when it comes to boot the notebook back, it won't send any screen signal, the Caps button starts flashing, the BIOS is updated as well as the drivers.

Does anyone know about the compatibility list for the gen of my notebook, also, does anyone know about compatibility with Dahua Memory??.

Thanks in advance.

Hi:

What are the complete specs on the memory you bought?

For an 8 GB chip, you need DDR4-2666 CL19 1Rx8 memory and for a 16 GB chip you need DDR4-2666 CL19 2Rx8 memory.

If you installed DDR4-3200 MHz memory, 8 GB would need to be 1Rx8 CL22 and a 16 GB chip 2Rx8 CL22

The new module is a 16 GB DDR4 3200 MHz Dahua card, the thing is that I tried replacing the 8Gb with the new one, with both and it just isn't working, my notebook still flashes the Caps button, just with the 8GB alone is that the system can work but i don't know why, the MB should recognize the new one and work with it

What is the CL speed and number of ranks of the DDR4-3200 you bought?
