RAM & Stylus Pen questions for HP ENVY 17m-ch0000 (23T02AV) 17.3 touchscreen laptop

I have a HP ENVY 17m-ch0000 (23T02AV) 17.3 touchscreen laptop. I have 2 questions.

1) What is the maximum RAM I can put in this laptop? It current has 12GB that it came with.

2) What stylus pen is compatable with this laptop? It seems that the bamboo Ink plus pen is not compatible.

It is an HP ENVY Laptop 17-ch0011nr, its specs

The space says it has  16 GB DDR4-3200 MHz RAM (2 x 8 GB). I don't know why you can only see 12GB. You can upgrade to 32GB or even 64GB using the following RAM

  I can't find a compatible stylus for your machine.

Hi There -

Its actually a HP ENVY Laptop 17-ch0013dx

I brought it recently from Best Buy and the specs are

512 GB Intel SSD + 32GB Intel Optane memory

12 GB SODIMM DDR4 SDRAM (There is a 4GB and 8GB in the memory slots)

Windows 10 (Home).

Its the 12GB SDRAM I was looking to upgrade to its max limit I just don't know what the maximum I can go to is.

I know about Cruicial which was where I was planning on buying the memory from. Like I said I just need to maxmim GB I can install.

As for the stylus pen. You'd think they would be universal or something like that. Oh well.
