Hi!

I am using a HP ENVY x360 - 15-dr1018tx Laptop.
Product number : 8QY77PA#ABG[content removed]

I want to upgrade RAM and SSD Drive. Can I add additional RAM and additional SSD drive with existing?  Is there any free Memory Module that I can add another 16GB RAM? At present 16GB 266Mhz DDR4 RAM came when I purchased this.

Does this model has any free slot for adding a new SSD drive without removing the existing one cause I don't want to lose the existing Windows 10 OS. AT present 512 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD Drive was installed when I purchased from Vendor.

From the HP Support Assistant application installed on my Laptop, I found another free Memory Bank and I can add another 16GB which is 32GB total capacity.

 

But I am not getting any solution to add another SSD NVMe drive with keeping the existing 512GB Intel Optane SSD.

Does anyone have any idea?

As per the Service Guide, the Notebook supports up to 16GB of RAM is maximum

Check for the BIOS update?

 

HP ENVY x360 - 15-dr1018tx  and it needs to download one by one and needs to restart the computer to make sure the Adapter or Charger needs to be connected,
