Product: HP Laptop 15s-gu0018AU
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP 15s-gu0018AU Laptop. It has 4 GB DDR4-2400 MHz RAM (1 x 4 GB). I would like to add another 4 GB DDR4-2666 MHz RAM (1 x 4 GB) into the empty RAM slot on my laptop. Does the current mother board support both 2400 and 2666 MHz RAM simultaneously? Also, I want to upgrade to 256 GB NVMe SSD as well. Does both of these upgrades compatible with the motherboard?

Hi:

 

See chapter 1 of the maintenance and service guide for the memory upgrade info and supported drive types.

 

HP 15s-gu0000 Laptop PC series Manuals | HP® Customer Support

 

It appears the specs call for DDR4-2666 memory that runs at 2400 MHz.

 

2 x 8 GB of memory is supported.

 

The M.2 slot supports both SATA and NVMe SSD's.
