My machine currently has an i3 processor and 4GB of RAM. I want to upgrade both, can you tell me what suitable options I have please?
Thanks, Paul.

Hi Paul,
The CPU is not upgradable as it is integrated on the motherboard (soldered). So, you would need to replace the whole motherboard which would probably cost as much as a new PC.
The max RAM is 32GB of DDR4 2400Mhz RAM (2x16GB) even if service manual mentions 16GB
So, you could add another 4GB module in the empty slot which would give a boost to the PC, or another 8GB in the empty slot should be enough.
On page 34 of service manual, you can see the steps to upgrade the RAM

You can also upgrade the M2 SSD with a larger capacity M2 SSD (no limit to capacity). At the moment you have an M2 SATA3 SSD which you could upgrade to an M2 PCIe NVMe SSD.

Hope it helps,
