How can I find if I can install more RAM and if so what the capacity of RAM can I upgrade to.

I still need a bit more info because the 14-dq2000 is a general model series and there are many different individual 14-dq2xxx models under that main series and they come with different processors as you can see from the list at the link below.

It's showing a 11th Gen Intel Core i3-1115G4 processor,  I didn't see this on the link you provided so let me know if this is not what you're looking for.

Hi:

This model came with the same processor:

HP PartSurfer

Your notebook has two memory slots and can support 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-2666 CL19 memory.

You can also install 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-3200 CL22 memory which will run at 2666 MHz.

HP only has the service manual for the original model series available.

Now if you want to see if your notebook can support more than 2 x 8 GB of memory, you can run this command in Windows Powershell as administrator:

Get-CimInstance -ClassName Win32_PhysicalMemoryArray | Select-Object MaxCapacityEx, MemoryDevices
